10 x 2 = 20. We have moved past the ‘Teen’ weeks. Now into the ‘Adult’ weeks.

Surprisingly, as I am left with three weeks of internship, the work is seeing a goodbye ceremony soon. Unlike many places, I would presume, the work is not getting intense to the last minute or anything. Instead, the pace is a bit slower but manageable. It is kind of giving way for me to complete important work along the sides, like my out-of-work learning of Digital marketing, my final report and updating this digital portfolio. Well, Those are in a separate story. Meanwhile, let’s talk about what I did this week.

On Monday:

I continued work on making final changes to the 3D Printer slides I had created, which included changes on the types of Printers we had to suggest to the school and changes in the flow of the slides, based on Feedback from Ms Melissa. I also worked on changes to the SCORM Materials, based on more feedback on the PD Masterlist, by Ms Krystle and Mr Larry. By the way, along with Ms Rui Yin, Ms Krystle and Mr Larry are also new additions to the team. Joined very recently, so definitely there has been a little bit of getting to know and work with them through this task.

On Tuesday:

It was a Public Holiday people! We all got a good break.

On Wednesday:

Ms Krystle and Mr Larry had added more changes on the PD Master list and so I had to work on changing the SCORM Materials based on those changes. I also had to make edits to one of the starter packs of the Tech project, as they were spotted by one of the educators from the United States and so that was an urgent change I had to work on.

On Thursday:

I worked on researching for links, websites and articles, to replace erroneous links and sites that have been documented by Ms Feri, Mr Larry, Ms Krystle and me, across the Document tracking spreadsheets and PD Masterlist. There are a lot of links to replace. Today, I managed to find half the links. When finding replacement links, I found more than one link to replace a link. So, for every link, I found about 3 to 4 replacement links, just to be safe and to stay in context. Again, there were also new changes added by Mr Larry and Ms Krystle for the SCORM Materials, and I made the changes accordingly.

On Friday:

I had to create a spreadsheet, to let the Tech project website management firm know, of which Professional Development courses, courselets and certification tasks should match which, accordingly, the order in which they should appear when users look for the tasks they have to do to be certified, and where each task should be located and what tasks should be found in which course and specific courselet. After looking through everything carefully and creating the spreadsheet, I continued researching for replacement links and added in more sites for possible replacements.

I thought, for a change, after all the stories you have read so far, maybe differentiate the final three weeks or at least the ‘Adult’ weeks as I term them, just because of the numbers, from the previous weeks. Just to keep up with the pace and type of work I have been doing, so that you know how this is all going to end soon. There is a story pertaining to my own self initiated learning that you should read after reading all the 22 weeks’ stories. But for now, move on to Weeks 21 and 22 ya.
